local art coffee station unique elevator
The room had unique, local art, and it featured a complimentary coffee station that was available 24/7. The elevator was a nice experience, as it showed real character. I found the landings on each floor a great way to add a little flair.
I noticed that the hotel did not have parking available directly on site. I had to walk a distance from parking with luggage.

Staff members were professional and eager to please guests. I appreciated that front desk staff were friendly and quick to respond to questions. A staff member assisted me with using the Nespresso machine on the 4th floor.

The hotel has great access to the tram service for getting to the city center. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, which offers many restaurants and sole proprietary local businesses. The location is very good.

I enjoyed brunch in the cafe both mornings . The restaurant menu had a good variety of choices, and the food was of good quality. The hotel also offers a Melody Lounge for additional dining experiences.

common rooms balcony spot pool table noisy ac street noise double-glazed sash
The common rooms had different activities on each floor. The second floor had a spot to eat with a balcony. the third floor included a pool table. the fourth floor provided a library, chess, and coffee! robe slippers were provided.
the ac was terribly noisy! the noise from the street was also very high. it made it difficult to sleep well. i appreciate that we speak about an heritage building but you should look into having double-glazed sash windows or add another window.

comfortable bed tv channel downstairs bar street noise loud hotel stylish room
the bed was indeed very comfortable. i found the tv had a great selection of channels. the downstairs bar was also a plus. i enjoyed spending some time there.
the noise was a problem because the hotel is directly on the street. it was loud, even inside. the room was too noisy and too stylish. i would not visit the hotel again

heritage building art exhibition breakfast sandwiches
i appreciated the well-kept heritage building. i found the art exhibition showcasing the building's history since the late 1800s interesting. the common spaces displayed beautiful decoration, i liked that. breakfast sandwiches and lattes from the café downstairs tasted excellent.
The room was facing the street. Therefore, it was quite noisy.

The loft king offered ample space and natural light. automated blinds controlled sunlight effectively. the bed provided great comfort. I slept well. in-room coffee facilities included a kettle alongside instant coffee.
